What this covers

Listbolt ("we") is a listing tool for resellers and makers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Right now (early access): your email address, when you join the early-access list. That's it. We use it to tell you when your marketplace opens and to send occasional product updates. No spam, no selling, no sharing.

When the product opens:

• Marketplace account identifiers — when you connect eBay or Etsy, you log in on their sites, not ours. We never ask for your marketplace password and never store it. We receive an access token from the marketplace, which is what lets us publish the listings you approve.
• Listing data you ask us to publish — titles, prices, descriptions, and photos from the batches you review and approve. Nothing goes anywhere until you say go.
• Basic account info — whatever you provide to manage your subscription (name, email) if and when paid plans launch.

How your tokens are stored

Marketplace access tokens are stored server-side, encrypted, and tied to your account. They never appear in chat, in URLs, or anywhere you'd see them. You can revoke Listbolt's access at any time from your eBay or Etsy account settings — the moment you do, we can't publish anything for you.

How we use your information

• To run the service: publish the listings you approve, manage your batches, and keep your account working.
• To email you about early access and product updates (you can opt out anytime).
• To improve Listbolt — in aggregate, never by selling or exposing your individual data.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We never share your information except as needed to do what you asked — publishing your approved listings to the marketplaces you connected.
• We never read your marketplace messages or touch listings you didn't ask us to handle.

Your data, your call

Want to see what we have, correct it, or delete it entirely? Email hello@listbolt.co and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account deletes your stored tokens and listing data.

Cookies and tracking

The site itself is simple: no ad trackers, no third-party analytics beacons watching you browse. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll note the update date at the top of this page and — for anything significant — email you about it.
