Terms of Use
Updated October 4, 2026. Plain language — the short version of the deal.
Early access
Listbolt is in early access. That means the product is still being built, features may change, and some things described on our site aren't finished yet. Our marketplace connections (eBay and Etsy) are pending approval from those marketplaces — we can't guarantee if or when each one goes live, and we'll tell you plainly where things stand.
Your account is yours
You connect your own eBay and Etsy accounts, and you stay responsible for them — including following each marketplace's own policies. Listbolt publishes what you approve, but your accounts and your seller standing remain yours.
Your listings, your responsibility
You review and approve every listing before it publishes — titles, prices, photos, descriptions, all of it. That means you're responsible for their accuracy: that the item details are right, the price is what you intended, and you have the right to sell what you're listing. If a detail is wrong, catch it at the approval step — that's what the step is for.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Listbolt to violate eBay's or Etsy's policies — no counterfeits, no prohibited items, no misleading listings.
- Don't publish listings for items you don't own or don't have the right to sell.
- Don't try to break, abuse, or overload the service.
We may suspend accounts that do any of the above.
Pricing
There's a free tier: 10 listings a month, no card required. Paid plans are planned — Starter at $19/month, Pro at $49/month, Scale at $99/month — but billing is not active yet. Nobody is being charged for anything right now. Before paid billing starts, we'll publish final plan details and listing limits, and early-access members will hear about it first — including the founding pricing they've locked in.
What we don't promise
- We don't guarantee marketplace approval — ours from eBay/Etsy, or yours as a seller on those platforms.
- We don't guarantee sales, pricing outcomes, or that a listing will perform a certain way.
- During early access, the service may have downtime or rough edges. We'll be straight about them.
Limitation of liability
Listbolt is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for things like lost sales, marketplace actions taken against your account, or listings that didn't perform the way you hoped. If something we did breaks your week, talk to us at hello@listbolt.co — we'd rather make it right than hide behind this paragraph.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows up. Significant changes get an email heads-up; continuing to use Listbolt after an update means you accept the new terms.
