For resellers and makers drowning in listing backlogs
You photograph.
We fire it live.
Forty items, twenty minutes each — a whole weekend gone to tags, comps, and prices you second-guess. Or a studio full of handmade pieces, with hours of variations, processing times, and listing copy standing between you and the work. Listbolt ends the backlog: snap your photos, talk through prices and details in a two-minute chat, approve the batch — and every listing fires live on eBay and Etsy.

Sound familiar?
The photo pile.
Your camera roll is full of inventory. Every item still needs a title, a price, a description, and 20 minutes of clicking.
The listing weekend.
Saturday and Sunday disappear into copy-paste while the death pile grows and the good stuff sits unsold.
The second-guessing.
Did I price that right? Wrong category? Missed a tag detail that a buyer will ask about?
Listbolt was built by a reseller who lived this. It exists so listing day stops being a thing.
Made something? List it like you mean it.
Your pieces, your way
Personalization and variations handled in a quick chat — not forty dropdowns. Answer a few questions about how you sell your work, and every listing carries those options correctly from the first one. No wrestling with templates at midnight.
Made-to-order without the admin
One answer sets your lead time. Every listing carries an honest processing time while you work — no calendar math, no "how long will this take?" three times a day.
Your materials, your story
Descriptions that carry the craft, not just the specs. Your materials get listed right; the story behind the piece stays intact in every listing. We fire the listing — the work stays unmistakably yours.
Your pieces aren't interchangeable, and we don't treat them that way. Not technical? If you can chat, you can list. Nothing here cheapens your brand — the shop stays yours, and Listbolt is just the fastest part of your night. Founding members help shape how this works for makers.
From haul to live in three steps
1 Snap.
Photograph your items the way you already do — the piece, the details, the tags or the variations. Ten seconds a shot, no forms, no notes.
2 Talk.
Talk through the batch like you're texting a friend who knows your world: the prices, the processing times, how the pieces vary. Listbolt reads the tags, drafts every title, price, and detail, and lays the whole batch out for your review.
3 Go live.
You approve every listing and every price. Then Listbolt fires them all live on eBay and Etsy at once. Nothing posts without your say-so — it's a draft until you say go.
Changed your mind on a price or a processing time? Fix it in the same chat and relist. Sold a piece? It updates everywhere. One-of-one vintage with quirks? Mention them once — they go in the listing.
Not just faster listing. A sharper seller.
It learns how you sell.
A two-minute chat — what you sell, how much, where you're headed. No fifty-question form, no blank prompt to figure out.
It builds your game plan.
Your listing rhythm, pricing rules, and which marketplace leads — laid out for you and approved by you. Including the moves beginners don't know, like staggering listings instead of dumping forty at once.
It coaches while you list.
It asks the right questions, explains the why behind every suggestion, and keeps you on your plan. Every batch makes you better, not just faster.
Tools make you do the work quicker. Listbolt teaches you the game while you play it.
Everything listing day used to steal from you
Batch listing, not one-by-one.
Photograph 40 items, approve 40 listings. You work the haul — never the form.
It reads your tags — or asks you.
Brand, size, style, fabric — pulled from tag photos when you have them; when you don't, the chat asks instead. Details are right, never guessed.
You approve everything.
Every batch lands in front of you first. Nothing goes live until you say go. Ever.
Your pricing rules, applied everywhere.
Set rules once — "promote anything over $40" — and Listbolt applies them across the batch.
eBay + Etsy in one shot.
List once, go live on both marketplaces. (eBay first, Etsy right behind it.)
It keeps working after launch.
Relists, price drops, and sold items keep working in the same conversation. Listing isn't a one-night stand.

Built by someone who's listed 10,000 things by hand
Listbolt started the way every good reseller tool should — with a death pile, a camera roll full of inventory photos, and a Sunday lost to listing forms. So we built the thing we wished existed: photograph the haul, talk it through, fire it live.
Questions sellers actually ask
Can anything go live without my approval?
No. Every batch stops at your review first — listings, prices, photos, all of it. Nothing posts until you say go. That's the whole point.
What marketplaces does it work with?
eBay first, Etsy right after. One batch can go to both.
What if it gets a detail wrong — wrong size, wrong brand?
You catch it at the approval step, same as you'd catch your own typo. And every correction makes your future batches sharper.
Do I have to change how I photograph inventory?
Nope. Shoot the pieces and the tags like you already do. If you can text a photo, you can use Listbolt.
Is my eBay/Etsy password safe?
You log in on eBay's and Etsy's own sites — we never ask for your password and never store it.
What does it cost?
There's a free tier (10 listings a month). Paid plans start at $19/month. Early-access members lock in founding pricing.
When can I start?
We're opening in early access now and letting sellers in as marketplace connections come online. Join the list — first in, first listed.
What if my items don't have tags?
Then you become the tag. The chat asks you quick questions — brand, size, condition, any flaws — and builds the listing from your answers. Tags are the fastest path, but plenty of sellers list pre-owned inventory this way. Either way, you approve everything before it goes live.
I'm not techy. Is this for me?
If you can take a photo and send a text, you're overqualified.
I sell made-to-order. How are lead times handled?
You set your lead time once in the setup chat — one standard for the shop, or different times per piece. It becomes the processing time on every listing you publish. Buyers see an honest number; you never recalculate it by hand again. Deeper fulfillment — buyers getting lead-time answers without messaging you — comes next, and founding members shape how it's built.
Can buyers personalize items?
Yes. Personalization — engraving, initials, custom sizes, gift notes — comes out of the same chat interview and lands in your listings from the start, not bolted on afterward. Truly one-of-a-kind requests still come to you; that's the craft. The questions that repeat themselves a hundred times stop landing in your inbox. Founding members help fine-tune how these options appear to buyers.
What about variations — sizes, colors, materials?
Handled in the interview, not forty dropdowns. Describe how your pieces vary — sizes, colorways, material options — and each listing carries the right combinations at the right prices. A one-of-one stays one-of-one. The listing matches how you sell, not how a spreadsheet wants you to.
I sell digital downloads. Does that work?
Honest answer: no. Listbolt is built around physical pieces — jewelry, ceramics, art, woodwork, vintage, supplies — where photos and listing admin are the bottleneck. Digital downloads don't have that problem, so they're not our focus. If downloads are your whole shop, we're probably not your tool. If they're a side line to a physical shop, the physical side is where we help.
Your next batch could list itself.
Snap the photos, talk through the batch in two minutes, approve — and every listing fires live on eBay and Etsy. Join the early-access list and be first in when we open.
